My, my, another year has gone by.......
Ok, so it's not officially over but we're pretty much there. 2007 has been somewhat of an oddball for me. The year was really more like the aftermath of a car accident. It's the part they don't show you on the news where people are loaded up to ambulances and the cleaning crews haul off the wreckage. Not to say that it wasn't fun.
I ushered in the new year in Vegas sitting at a Blackjack table in the Rio sitting with 4 chicks from California. I guess it started off on a good note. Otherwise, it's really been more of a rebuilding year. Spent a lot of time reflecting on 2006 and how my life changed so drastically. One thing that does stand out about this year is that I think I've learned more about myself and how I am, than at any other time in my life.
It's the first time in a very long time that I haven't had a proper ladyfriend. It wasn't so bad. I've always said that you need to be happy being single to really be happy in a relationship.
Now that's all over, I've decided I want 2008 to be a year of change. No more defense, I want the ball back and it's time to put some points on the board.
